All sales are final: no refunds and no exchanges.

- No refunds: we do not offer refunds on any order.
- No exchanges: items cannot be exchanged for a different product, colour or size.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+961 81 532 058) with photos of the item and packaging, and we will look into it.
